GNU General Public License: WP GPL CLUB is only providing services with themes, plugins & scripts which are licensed under GPL (GNU General Public License), and hence you can use them on as many websites you want and use it the way you want- modified or non-modified.
Downloads and Payments (For CMS products): Once payment has been confirmed, you can download the purchased products on your account page in the “My Account>Downloads” section. The product will automatically appear after the payment is completed through PayPal Express Checkout or Secure Stripe Checkout. You will also receive a letter to your email with information about how to download the product. Please use a valid email address when registering.
Payments & Service (For License Keys Installation): Once payment has been confirmed, we’ll use your provided information in the checkout process & access your website. After completing the process, we’ll inform you through e-mail. After informing you, we’ll remove all your website’s login credentials from our database. No revisions will be provided if you deactivate the license (By mistake or willingly) from your dashboard.
Payments & Service (For Developer Tools): Once payment has been confirmed, we’ll use your provided information in the checkout process & create your subscription. After completing the process, we’ll send the login credentials/account details to you through e-mail. After getting your credentials, we’ll remove all the information from our database. No revisions will be provided if you deactivate the license (By mistake or willingly) from your dashboard.
All the payments made by a customer are securely processed by PayPal Express Checkout & Stripe Secure Checkout. We don’t collect any kind of payment data (Card information/ PayPal account info) on our server.
Support: We are committed to delivering customer support around the clock through various channels, including email, social platforms, and our dedicated Support Center. However, due to our status as a small service provider with limited communication agents, response times for support inquiries may extend up to two business days based on our availability. It is important to note that we are neither the official author nor affiliated agents of the products, thereby limiting our ability to address internal product issues.
Our support team is dedicated to assisting users up to the installation and activation stages of the product. Nevertheless, we want to emphasize that we bear no responsibility for actions leading to user account/service bans due to violations of terms and services while utilizing Developer Tools. Users are advised to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined by the respective product’s official terms of service.
Subscriber requirement: You need to be 18 years or over to become a Subscriber. If you’re under 18 you will need to use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age, with their permission, and this adult will be responsible for all your activities.
All these files are for your personal use and we encourage you to purchase them from the developer if you wish to use them for commercial purposes.
Subscription: If you purchase a subscription, then you’ll get an e-mail with a confirmation of your membership. You will get a ‘Download Now’ button instead of ‘Add To Cart’ on every product from Themes, Plugins, Extensions. You’ll redirect directly to the download page without any checkout process.
Newsletter: You’ll receive promotional newsletter e-mails and push notifications once you’ve opt-in to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Any feedback you send us must be submitted via the “Report a problem” page or email. Any notice we send to you will be e-mailed to the email address you provided to us.
